Start with juggling with one ball
This is the basic move you need to juggle with 3 balls
Pick your favorite color ball. Keep your hands more at waist height and the eyes looking up focused on the ball. Shoulders relaxed. The ball should go up about as high as your eyes. Toss the ball from your right hand to your left hand, then your left hand to your right hand. Don't reach up to catch the ball wait for the ball to come down. Practice this for a few minutes trying to keep the ball at the same height when you toss it.

Practice this until it is easy.
Juggling with two balls
Toss the ball from your right hand to your left hand, like you practiced. When the first ball starts coming down, throw the second ball from your left hand to your right hand. The try your left hand to your Right hand. Now, try to keep the balls moving in an "X" shape. Practice this until you feel comfortable. Get them both up to the same height. Keep the eyes looking up at the balls. If you can throw the balls about 10 times in a row your its time to move on to 3 balls.

To juggle three balls: hold two in your right and one in your left. Toss one from the right to the left hand. As it descends, throw the left-hand ball to the right. When the second ball descends, throw the remaining right-hand ball to the left. Continue in an "X" pattern.
