• Question 1: Can I add a different camera to this system?
• Answer: Yes. You can add any Tmezon or ZOSI PoE cameras and DC-powered WiFi cameras to the system. However, we don’t recommend you add third-party cameras to it since there may be compatibility issues.
• Question 2: Can it work without Internet?
• Answer: Yes. All the Tmezon PoE systems can work offline. However, under such a situation, you will unable to access the system remotely via Vsees App/Client.
• Question 3: How is the connection? Is the system truly plug & play?
• Answer: Yes. PoE (Power over Ethernet ) makes the cameras be able to get power and meanwhile get into the network with only one ethernet cable connected to the NVR recorder. Set-up can be done in minutes.
• Question 4: Can I add extra cameras?
• There are only 4 cameras in this product set, but nvr supports 16 cameras.If you want to add a camera, please buy the camera below.
