  • How long can my device run when connected to the R600?

    You can calculate as follow:

    Runtime=Battery Capacity x 85% ÷ Rated Power of device

    ONLY for reference. The formula is NOT suitable for inductive loads with compressors, like refrigerators, air-conditioner, etc.

  • Can R600 be used as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?

    Yes. When R600 is recharging from AC, the devices pluged it gets power from the grid, not its battery. If power outage, R600 automatically power supplies within 10 ms. Please open AC output first and than plug input. Do not change the sequence.

  • What kind of solar panel should l choose for the R600?

    R600 supports solar input within 12~60V 12A max 220W. You can use ALLPOWERS SP027 or SP033, as well as other solar panels within this range. As the sun not always full, we suggest you choose 100W-270W solar panels.

  • Why is my phone unable to connect to R600 at home?

    A R600 can only be controlled by one phone at the same time. Please check if anyone else is connected to this device. As long as someone else disconnects, your phone can search and connect with R600.

  • What devices can R600 power?

    R600 AC outputs support devices with a rated power of less than 600W. Please also check that the peak power of this device does not exceed 1200W. The peak power of some devices may be more than twice the rated power. This will result in overloading.
