Please note that there may be a slight odor from a brand new pet car seat, due to it being sealed in packaging for a long period. To eliminate this, we advise wiping it down or leaving it in a well-ventilated area for a few hours before using it for the first time.
In case of any accidents or spills, promptly wipe them up with a damp cloth or sponge. Bleaching the pet car seat is not recommended, and we recommend air drying it to ensure it maintains its quality.
