Directions
1. Apply the Chella highlighter pencil along the arch under your eyebrow as well as just above the arch to tail area.
2. Blend the highlighter below the eyebrow downward towards the eyelid using the Chella dual blending brush.
3. Blend the highlighter above the arch down toward the tail of the eyebrow.
