• Single Point Mode: Quickly press the probe vertically against the surface of the substrate to be measured, a beep will sound and the measurement value will be displayed on the screen, the probe should leave the surface of the substrate for more than 50mm before another measurement, the measurement interval is 2 seconds.
• Rapid Continuous Measurement Mode: The instrument is held in the hand and the probe is quickly pressed vertically against the surface of the substrate to be measured, the measurement value is displayed on the screen, the measurement point can be changed at will or slid on the surface of the substrate to quickly complete continuous measurement.
• Composite Probe: Suitable for Fe magnetic materials, NFe nonmagnetic materials. v-groove, for measuring convex curved surfaces such as the surface of steel pipes.
• Upper and Lower Limit Value Locking: When the measurement status screen shows a number, short press MAX/MIN to change the desired upper and lower limit value locking function, multiple measurements on the substrate surface will lock the upper and lower limit value of the measurement.
• Custom Calibration: Place the standard 50μm/100μm/250μm/500μm/1000μm individually on the surface of the iron or aluminium substrate, the corresponding calibration point should be displayed when the instrument probe is in contact, if the screen shows a large error with the placed standard, press CAL in the same way as zero-calibration.
• Alarm Function: With high alarm and low alarm function, high 1500μm, low 0μm default alarm value, support alarm setting mode, easy to adjust the alarm value size, can set any alarm thickness value.
• Multi-functional Design: Data clearing, μm/mil unit conversion, automatic switch-off for approx. 10 minutes without operation.
