Step 1: Lower trailer tongue

First, install the QuickPin coupler on your trailer tongue. It is designed to fit most existing bolt hole configurations. When you’re ready to hook up, lower the coupler down onto the hitch ball.

Step 2: Insert the included pin

Instead of a traditional latch with complicated hinging components that are prone to rust and wear, QuickPin uses a single pin. Slide the pin into place to secure the coupler on the ball.

Step 3: Apply the safety clip

Finally, secure the primary pin with the included safety clip. Attach your safety chains and wiring harness, and you’re ready to tow! No adjustments or tightening required.

No complicated latches

We’ve all been there, struggling to close that rusty, jammed coupler latch to finally hook up your trailer and get on the road. But instead of fighting with your coupler and hoping it will stay secure, why not choose something more reliable? QuickPin uses a tried-and-true 1/2-inch-thick hitch pin and clip for a fast, easy, secure connection.

Strong pin with cable

QuickPin includes a 1/2-inch pin and this pin must be used to couple to the tow ball. No substitutes are permitted. The pin is tested for safe use with the coupler, and it comes with a retainer clip attached to a lasso cable lanyard. The cable helps keep the components neatly grouped together and on-hand, and avoids lost pieces.

Easy, retrofit installation

To make it easy for you to sway out your existing coupler or replace a worn-out, rusted unit, we have designed our QuickPin trailer couplers with standardized bolt holes. The holes match up with most existing trailer tongue configurations, making installation a breeze. QuickPin is available in a variety of sizes to fit multiple trailers and towing setups.
