How to use it?
1. Install the cap with the application tube.
2. Lift the treadmill belt on one side and insert the long tube to the middle of the belt, pull out the tube while applying pressure on the bottle, leaving 0.5 oz lubricant (1/8 of the bottle) evenly from the center to the edge of the belt.
3. Repeat the progress from the opposite side.
4. Turn on the treadmill and walk or jog for 3 minutes.
