Catch the Tail Cat Toy operates with 3 AA alkaline battery. Batteries are included. Operation Instruction 1. Install the batteries & the tail stick (push-in the stick to set it in place). 2. Unfold the legs on the bottom. 3. Put the cloth cover on if your cat likes it (to hide the stick part). 4. Push the power bottom to turn it on. This will also set the speed level(Slow, Fast, Random). 5. Press the power button several times to turn it off (Slow, Fast, Random, Off). 6. Put it away from the pet when not used.
