Usage:

• Clean the Popsicle molds and boil them in boiling hot water for a while to disinfect
• Add the juice,milk into the mold, not too full
• Insert the Popsicle stick into the mold and freeze for more than 4 hours
• After freezing, leave at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes
