  • BIGOLI ACCESSORIES: Bigoli is a circular pasta format from Veneto with a diameter of 3.5 mm. The recommended dough thickness is level 2 on the regulator of the pasta machine. You can use it either manually with the special crank or with the Pastadrive motor

Bigoli are a type of pasta with a circular diameter of 3.5 mm. The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is position 2 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
