How do you make your Instant Royal Icing Mix vegan?
Most royal icing recipes are made with egg whites, which provide structure to the icing for a puffy finish. Instead of egg whites, we used aquafaba (chick pea liquid), which is vegan and offers the same benefits as egg whites.

My icing is too thick, what can I do?
Our Premium Instant Royal Icing makes stiff, thick icing--perfect for piping flowers and details. If you need thinner icing, simply add water one drop at a time until desired consistency is reached.
