Vivian "Yabby You" Jackson was, along with Lee "Scratch" Perry, Augustus Pablo, King Tubby, Burning Spear and Culture, one of the key creators of the roots reggae style and dub revolution which swept the world in the 1970s and was a catalyst for punk rock, dance music/electronica and hip-hop.
