-First, remove the original one.
-Then, choose appropriate sleeve for the shift bar size. The rubber sleeve into the gear bar inside. The shift head directly into the gear lever.
-Last, fasten the correct nut. Make sure the knob is firmly attached.
-Note: Fit for most of the manual transmission, part of the automatic transmission.
